Nothing affects our bodies much like foods do. Sadly, most people hardly mind what stuff really goes through their mouths. It could have been easy to dismiss this fact were it not for the fact that the evidence is just too overwhelming. Think of how many people read the warning message “smoking cigarettes is harmful for your health” and they smoke the whole day long?
Well, if you experience joint pains, there is a very great possibility that there are foods that you take that cultivate the joint pains and there are also some more foods that if taken can reduce the joint pains. In this edition, we will explore the top 3 foods that can cultivate joint pains (arthritis) and top 3 foods that can facilitate healing of joint pains. Let’s begin with:
Top 3 foods that you will need to avoid completely
In essence the foods to avoid are inflammatory foods. The top most to avoid are:
#1: Fried foods
Fried foods are harmful for your body and they wreck havoc on joints. Researchers have shown that cutting down on fried foods like fried meats and crisps can surely help decline inflammation and boost our immunity.
#2: Sugars and refined foods
Refined sugars should be avoided as they tend to boost inflammation too. Thus, you ought to cut down consumption of candies, sodas and other sweets.
#3: Dairy
The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has found out that the protein in Milk is responsible for the wearing out of some tissues among some sufferers of arthritis. In some cases, switching away fully from dairy has helped to cure the joint pains. Thus, you can opt to replace dairy products with the vegetable proteins. It helps much.
Top 3 foods that help relax joint pains
#3: Fatty fish
Fatty fish do contain an element of Omega 3 that is very vital for the development of stronger joints and it also acts as an anti-inflammatory. This meal should be taken at most twice a week. For those who don’t take fish, they can do some Omega 3 supplement from the chemist.
#2: Garlic
Generally, all vegetables are well suited to reduce joint pains. The again, the garlic is a member of the allium family alongside other onions and leeks. This family contains an element known as diallyl disulfide. This element is responsible for easing joint pains.
#1: Turmeric:
This good old Indian spice tops the list of the most recommended food for those experiencing joint pains. Honestly, there is much to this spice than meets the eye. Besides the golden yellow look, this spice also has component known as curcumin that has been used in India for ages to treat joint pains. What is more fascinating is the fact that this spice is readily available and can be added alongside vegetables and it will work perfectly well all through. However, though this spice has been used all along in India, it is important to note that not much scientific literature has been written on this topic.
What we do know however is that not all turmeric are created equal, and in fact most turmeric powder supplements have a very low bioavailability (meaning that a good portion of it isn’t properly absorbed by your body), it often isn’t very fresh, and it’s sometimes made with harsh processes that can destroy or degrade turmeric’s healthful components.
If you want to use turmeric, you should buy a LIPOSOMALIZED form, meaning it’s specifically blended to make the turmeric bind to phosphlipids (fats) that increase its bioavailability 10 to 20 times. The top rated liposomalized turmeric on the market is PuraTHRIVE Organic Turmeric Extract

I have2 bad knees, just had 2 heart surgeries and my 3rd back surgery. Needless to say I am feeling good just have a broken body 🙂 I also have a shoulder tear so I decided to spend the money and check the turmeric out. I was and still am surprised that within about 4 days I felt less pain and less broken and I kept thinking ok this is all in my head, well yesterday was 4 weeks and I am not only walking without a walker but I am walking up and down steps normally, not one step at a time! I not only swear by this product I am receiving it monthly and I would encourage anyone to try it. I am skeptical of EVERYTHING and I would have to say this is one of my best purchases
